Photoshop(CS) lesson
This tutorial is for Photoshop(CS) & ImageReady, but i guess it's ok for other versions.
-> 
1. First of all open our icon in Photoshop.
Then make shue that window Layers and Tools are active (v is near them)
2. Then i make the picture bigge by zoom in.
3. Then i duplicate layer. In window "layers" i can click right key of mouse on "background" and chose duplicate Layer
or go to menu layer-duplicate layer.
I duplicate it 3 or 4 times.
Now select what we want to be glittering
And now add noise
Change the layer and also add noise. And don't deselect! Selection must be the same!
Just change the layer))) Sof in first layer noise amount was 17, 97 make it for example 17, 96
And in 3d also.
Now click on tool shown on picture to get in ImageReady and make animation.
In ImageReady we should make window Animation active (v should be near Animation)
Then menu animation appeares.
Under picture in Animation menu it's show 0 sec which means
frame is shown 0 sec. We should change it.
Press on 0 sec and a new menu will appear. Select time you need.
Now it's 0.1 sec under the picture.
Then we'll make new frames by clicking on button in Animation frame underlined on picture.
And one more time duplicate frame. Now we have 3 frames.
Now select the first one and make the layer which you want to see in first frame active.
Now select the 2 one and make the layer which you want to see in 2 frame active.
Now select the 3 one and make the layer which you want to see in 3 frame active.
Now press the button shown on picture (hand) and see the result.
Now go to file - save optimized as and save at as gif.
